How it works: Each month includes a live class running approx. 1.5 hours and an additional prerecorded class that is posted on a secret Facebook group. You will have access to the group once you attend a live class. Classes include meditation, movement and education on various health and wellness topics. In 2020 we have begun to explore the subject of Ayurvedic medicine and how to apply some of its basic tenants to daily life.
